摘要

Abstract

With circular-flow H2SO4 solution as the electrolyte and gas diffusion electrode prepared with BP2000/PTFE as the cathode electrode,the reaction mechanism of hydrogen peroxide production through fuel-cell reactor was studied.The effect of different catalysts,pH and electrolytic voltage on hydrogen peroxide yield was investigated.The results show that the optimum conditions of electrolysis are with BP2000 loading of 2 mg/cm2 as cathode catalyst and the electrolytic voltage of 1.5 V.Current efficiency of hydrogen peroxide production was up to 70% in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution,and the concentration of H2O2 was up to 1.38 mol/L (about 4.7%).
