摘要
Abstract
Isolation diode for space flexible solar array,which was installed in the solar cell string positive output terminal to prevent power loss of other solar cell strings in a shunt circuit caused by short circuit of a solar cell string in the same shunt circuit,was a circuit isolation device applied to space flexible solar array.The rationality of product design and environmental adaptability of the isolation diode were verified through simulation analysis and experimental verification.This work could provide data support for the design of the subsequent solar array.关键词
