摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's scientific and technological level,the traditional power grid could not meet the requirements of the national economy on the power system,smart grid was the development trend and direction of the power network.Intelligent substation was an important part of the smart grid.It was to protect the smooth operation of the smart grid basis.Therefore,intelligent substation design and operation management were the focus of the study.Under the premise of analyzing the technical background of intelligent substation,the management mode of intelligent substation regulation and control with the aim of "informationization,intelligence and interactive energy saving" was discussed.
