含断路器失灵保护的保护系统可靠性建模
Reliability Modeling of Protection System Considering Circuit Breaker Failure Protection

Abstract
As a local back-up protection,circuit breaker failure protection is important for the reliability of protection system. However,it is often ignored in the existing studies.Based on the functions of the main protection system and the circuit breaker failure protection system,and in light of different states of the protected components and the circuit breaker,a reliability evaluation model of protection system is proposed considering the circuit breaker failure protection. By synthesizing the parameter sensitivity algorithm and optimization algorithm,routine test cycles(times)are ana?lyzed. The numerical results show that the system reliability decreases after the circuit breaker failure protection is con?sidered. Therefore,the result is over optimistic if only the main protection system is considered in the reliability analy?sis. The system availability can be improved by changing the parameters of transfer rates which have a more remarkable effect on the availability of the protection system. On this basis,the routine test cycles(times)can be optimized to im?prove the system reliability more effectively .关键词
