智能电网示范工程项目评估的模糊层次分析法
Fuzzy AHP Method for the Assessment on Smart Grid Demonstration Project

Abstract
Smart grid demonstration project is an important basis for the investigation of smart grid construction mode and the verification of related advanced technologies. Based on the smart grid demonstration projects in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,an evaluation system for a SMART-rules based smart grid demonstration project is proposed in this pa?per. Firstly,the smart grid demonstration projects are summarized both at home and abroad. Secondly,the evaluation indexes are proposed from the prospects of technology,society,economical efficiency and applicability,which incorpo?rates the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method to calculate the weights of indexes. Finally,the feasibility of the proposed evaluation system is verified through the evaluation on the construction of typical demonstra?tion projects in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city. The research in this paper can provide reference for the construction of smart grid demonstration projects in China.关键词
