摘要
Abstract
The existing planning methods for distributed generations only consider few indexes,thus they are not suit?able for the active distribution network(ADN),which is even more complex. Therefore,a step-wise screening process is proposed in this paper from the aspects of multiple indices and alternative schemes. First,the indices are divided into two types:technical indexes are considered in the first screening,the objective function is determined by fuzzy compre?hensive evaluation(FCE),and several alternative schemes are obtained utilizing the improved simulated annealing al?gorithm based on tabu list;economic indices are introduced in the second screening,and the comprehensive optimal so?lution is obtained using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Then,dynamic adjustment is realized by adopting different measures of ADN,and multi-index optimization is realized under the condition of different illuminations and loads all day long. Finally,this method is applied to the simulation of an IEEE 14-node system,which verifies its optimization ef?fect in the process of screening and dynamic adjustment.关键词
