Research of a ZCS-Buck Soft Switching Topology Used for OBC
摘要
Abstract
An interleaved high-power ZCS OBC based on the three-phase single-switch buck rectifier was proposed for application to plug-in electric vehicles(EVs). The multi-resonant structure was used to achieve ZCS of IGBTs and ZVS of the fly-wheel diodes ,which could meet the high power ,high efficiency and high power density requirements of OBC. The operating principle of the proposed circuit was introduced ,and the border conditions of ZCS converting was mainly focused on. Based on the theoretical analysis ,a set of circuit parameters were selected. Furthermore ,a 8.5 kW prototype was established ,experimental results verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.关键词
