摘要

Abstract

Battery used for emergency propulsion is the power source of the metro vehicle. The battery′s recharging is always a weak link to the vehicle. Based on the requirement of the vehicle in Beijing metro line 16,a intelligent digital battery charger was developed based on zero-voltage phase shift full bridge structure. The basic working principle and the hardware system of battery charger were analyzed,on the basis,the digital closed loop control strategy that could make the battery charging mode switch automatically was designed. Finally ,the validity and reliability of the control system were verified by experiment.
