摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the value of the massive, polymorphic, heterogeneous and high-dimensional distribution network data, this paper introduces the current situation of data analytics and the importance and requirements of beyond metering firstly. Then the main applications of the data analytics in the field of load forecasting, state estimation, energy theft detection, demand response and so on, is presented. The trend of data analytics is summarized for both international and China. To demonstrate its real world applications, two practical data analytics implementation examples are presented with one is smart meter data based energy theft detection by BC Hydro and another is transformer customer connection mapping verification in State Grid of China. Finally, the prospects of the distribution data analytics are discussed.
