锰对1~4周龄五龙鹅血清脂类代谢、抗氧化指标及器官组织中锰沉积量的影响
Effects of Manganese on Serum Lipid Metabolism, Antioxidant Indices and Organ Tissue Manganese Deposition of Wulong Geese Aged from 1 to 4 Weeks

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different manganese levels on serum lipid metabolism, antioxidant indices and organ tissue manganese deposition of Wulong geese aged from 1 to 4 weeks, and to find the appropriate dietary manganese supplemental level. Three hundred and sixty one?day?old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate ( half male and half female ) . Geese in the control group ( group Ⅰ) were fed a basal diet ( manganese content 20 mg/kg) , and the others in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 30 ( groupⅡ) , 60 ( groupⅢ) , 90 ( groupⅣ) , 120 ( groupⅤ) and 150 mg/kg ( groupⅥ) manganese, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed as follows:1) the contents of triglyceride and total cho?lesterol in serum of groups Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were extremely significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ ( P<0.01), and the contents of triglyceride and total cholesterol in serum of groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) . There was no significant different on serum alkaline phosphatase activity among all groups ( P>0.05) . 2) The serum total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxidase activity of groupsⅣ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were extremely significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ ( P<0.01) , and the serum total antioxi?dant capacity and glutathione peroxidase activity of group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The serum malondialdehyde content of group Ⅴ was extremely significantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ,ⅡandⅢ( P<0.01) , and the serum malondialdehyde content of groupsⅣandⅥwas significant?ly higher than that of groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ ( P<0.05) . 3) The manganese depositions in serum, heart, liver and pancreas of groups Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were extremely significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ ( P<0.01) , and the manganese depositions in serum, heart and liver of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of groupⅠ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, dietary supplemented with manganese can improve the contents of triglyceride and total cholesterol in serum, enhance the body antioxidant capacity, and increase the organ tissue manganese deposition of Wulong geese. It is suggested that the suitable manganese supplemental level is 90 to 120 mg/kg.关键词
