摘要

Abstract

Thermal management of insulating materials plays a vital role in the performance,lifetime,and liability of electric equipment and electronic devices.In recent years,the development of electric equipment and electronic devices packaging tends to be high power density and miniaturization,thus much heat is generated within the unit volume of the equipment and devices.An excellent cooling capacity becomes the key factor to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment and devices.Therefore,the research of high thermal conductive polymer nanocomposites has attracted much attention of researchers.We reviewed and discussed the physical properties of various thermally conductive filler and their applications in the preparation of dielectric polymer nanocomposites.Emphasis was placed on the formation of con tinuous thermally conductive networks by controlling the microstructure of nanocomposites,such as controlling the orientation of thermally conductive fillers,constructing double threshold networks and nanofiller self-assembly.Finally,it is suggested that electrospinning can be used as a powerful strategy to construct flexible polymer nanocomposites with highly through-plane thermal conductivity.The problems and future prospects of high thermal conductivity nanocomposites were also discussed.
