摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the ecological effect of dew to Halostachys caspica in 3 different salinity habitats,the chlorophyll fluorescence and water use efficiency under presence and absence dew were measuered and analyzed.The results showed that:① In 3 different salinity habitats community of Halostachys caspica,W0 could significantly reduce theirs Fv'/Fm',ΦPSII and ETR(P <0.05).In S2 community of Halostachys caspica W0 would significantly reduce its Fm',and qN(P < 0.05).In S1 community of Halostachys caspica W0 would significantly reduce its Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm,Fm',and qN(P < 0.05).② In S0 community,W1 can improve the leaf water potential,however W0 treatment decreased leaf water potential;In S1 community,W1 and W0 treatment could improve the leaf water potential,W1 treatment can enhance the plant leaf water potential;In S2 community,W0 and W1 treatment could improve the leaf water potential of plants,and the treatment of W0 can enhance the plant leaf water potential.③ The overall performance of the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of presence and absence dew in 3 different salinity habitats are single-peaked curve.A subtle photosynthetic noon-break phenomenon was only found in S2 community.The Pn of S0 and S1 community is significantly difference between W0 and W1 (P < 0.05).④ The plant water use efficiency of S2 community of Halostachys caspica (WUE) is greater than S0 and S1 community of Halostachys caspica.Absence condensation can improve the WUE of S0 and S2 Halostachys caspica community,while reduce the WUE of S1 Halostachys caspica community.
