摘要

Abstract

The theory of magnetic pulse compression is apphed to the design of a high-voltage pulse generator to generate high-voltage pulse with nanosecond and high-steepness leading edge.CLC resonance is made use of to produce resonant voltage,and the magnetic switch parameters are designed according to the principle of magnetic pulse compression.And the influence of diode on the output voltage waveform and the impact of capacitor parameters on the output energy are analyzed.Simulation results show that the generator can more effectively produce plasma when the continuous high-voltage pulse is of the 11.06 kV in voltage peak value measured on equivalent load,20 ns in the rise time of waveform,0.611 J in the maximum energy and 1 000 Hz in the frequency.
