电子式电阻型电压互感器的电场分布受大地及周围带电体或接地物体的影响较大,电阻分压器的高压引线及高压端对地存在分布电容,这些因素均会影响分压器的技术性能.因此,电阻型电压互感器的电场屏蔽显得非常重要.文中从等效电路的角度分析了电阻特性和分布电容对互感器性能的影响,并利用Ansys软件从场的角度分析了电阻分压器的电场分布.最终设计的10 kV电压互感器屏蔽罩和分压器产品通过了相关测试并满足相关标准的要求.文中对电子式互感器设计人员有指导和参考作用,具有一定的实际应用价值.
