Abstract
Modeling and simulation methods are employed to analyze the switching induced abnormal vibration of the 330 kV GIS circuit breaker (CB) with pneumatic actuator in a hydro power plant.Firstly,a motion model of the CB with pneumatic actuator is established to simulate its vibration characteristic in action and the effect of working pressure of the pneumatic actuator on the vibration.Then,the vibration characteristic of the CB with hydraulic actuator in action is also modeled and simulated.Some simulation results are compared with the experimental ones,and they agree well with each other.Comparison of the simulation results between the CBs with respective hydraulic and pneumatic actuators indicates that hydraulic actuator leads to lower vibration strength and faster vibration strength attenuation of CB than pneumatic actuator,which implies hydraulic actuator is more favorable for reducing the vibration.In addition,the effect of foundation of CB on vibration characteristic is simulated and it is found that the long-span steel concrete structure is an important incentive of the abnormal vibration.关键词
