Study on Mixed-mode Crack Growth of Polylpropylene Random
摘要
Abstract
Ⅰ-mode and mixed-mode crack propagation mechanism of Polypropylene Random(PP-R) material was studied by MTS810 material testing machine,and the crack propagation path and microstructure of cross-section were analyzed.The crack types are include three:Ⅰ-mode,deviation from the center with 20mm,and deviation from the center with 40mm.In the quasi-static test conditions,the experimental results showed that the crack length of prefabricated fatigue crack is less than 1.5mm,which is still in the region of fatigue crack toughening hysteresis.The three types of cracks showed the characteristic of brittle fracture.When the length of the prefabricated fatigue crack is more than 3mm,the crack propagation can be obtained in the three crack types,and the ductile fracture character is obvious.关键词
