Abstract
Whisker/PP composite was prepared with polypropylene (PP) as basic material,alkali type magnesium sulfate whisker (MHSH) as reinforcing filler,and polyolefin elastomer (POE) as toughening agent.The effects of the amount of PP resins,POE and MHSH whisker on the properties of PP composites were investigated.When the polypropylene with high melting index (PP1)/the polypropylene with low melting index (PP2) mass ratio was equal to 42/25,the amount of homo-polypropylene (PP3) was 10wt%,the amount of polyethylene (PE) was 5wt%,the amount of POE was 8wt%,the amount of MHSH whiskerwas 14wt%,the obtained PP composites had the best comprehensive mechanical properties.关键词
