Abstract
The reference material not only requires sample is uniformity and stability,but also the method of fixed value is right and uncertainty evaluation is reasonable,therefore,the accurate determination and the reasonable evaluation of the uncertainty of the standard material play a crucial role in the development of the standard material.Research group invited 15 laboratories to fix value,analysed the sources of uncertainty and evaluated uncertainty,finally developed isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity (IR 70) standard material.According to the coefficient of skewness and kurtosis coefficient,Grubbs criterion,Cochrane method respectively tested the normal distribution,dubious value,precision of fixed value.These data were in normal distribution,no suspicious,and in equal precision at 95 ％ confidence probability by test.The nominal value of isoprene rubber (IR 70) was 76.2 ± 1.0 at ML(1 +4)100℃.关键词
