Abstract
According to the 2016 annual quality control plan,national quality supervision and inspection center of synthetic rubber organized isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity data comparison in the synthetic rubber industry,there were 34 domestic laboratories to participate in the comparison work.The results of isoprene rubber IR 70 and IR 80 Mooney viscosity comparison were dealed and evaluated with robust statistical techniques,the average values of Z absolute values respectively were 0.6 and 0.8,the satisfactory values were above 94％,which reflected all laboratories had higher detection level.Mooney viscometer of all participating laboratories were checked with Mooney viscosity standard material,therefore,the Mooney viscosity detection level in rubber industry was greatly improved compared with previous.关键词
