摘要

Abstract

The ceramics of Fe-doping barium titanate were obtained by using sol-gel method.Samples of the phase and microstructure were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The dielectric properties of the ceramics were researched.It is obvious that the sample contained a perovskite structure,and had a uniform grain size.The Fe3+ ions concentration was 0.10mol%,the ceramic with a maximum dielectric constant of 2710,and a low dielectric loss (at 25℃) of less than 0.8%.
