Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Crude Oil Pour Point Depressants

以丙烯酸高碳酯、苯乙烯和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,通过自由基引发聚合,制备了原油降凝剂,并对其降凝性能进行了评价.最佳合成条件为:单体物质的量之比为1∶1∶2,引发剂加量为0.5%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为6h.

While adding depressant in the crude oil,the conveying efficiency of oil can be improved.Using acrylic acid high carbon ester,styrene and malefic anhydride,crude oil pour point depressants was prepared by radical polymerization.And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:molar ratio of malefic anhydride/ammonium chloride was 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 2,addition amount of initiator was 0.5 %,reaction temperature was 80℃,and…查看全部>>
