摘要

Abstract

Blends of PLA/CNTs-10/plastisizer were prepared by melt blending process. The effect of HM-730,HM-830,HM -2050,PEG 8000,HM -828,HM -630 plasticizer on the rheological properties,tensile properties and thermal properties were researched. The results showed that there were some difference in the max-imum torque and balance torque of PLA blends plastisized by different plasticizers. The maximum torque of the blend plastisized by HM-730 was low,while the HM-630 was high;the equilibrium torque of the blend plasti-sized by HM-2050 was smallest,while the HM-630 was maximum. At the same time,the effect of plastici-zers on elongation and tensile strength of blends were great,the blend plastisized by HM -630 was the best, which was characterized with the elongation at break over 20% and the tensile strength of 49. 5 MPa. The crys-tallization of PLA could be inhibited by HM-630,so the melt peak area of blend was smaller,the toughening effect was better.
