新型硫磺沥青改性剂的制备及环保性能研究OACSTPCD
The Study on Preparation and Environmental Protection Performance of New Sulfur Asphalt Modifier
自主制备了新型硫磺沥青改性剂,并采用亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定改性硫磺颗粒与沥青反应过程中产生的H2 S气体释放量,评价了H2 S主抑制剂和协同抑制剂的抑制效果,确定了主抑制剂和协同抑制剂的种类以及用量,优化了H2 S抑制剂的配方.结果表明:H2 S抑制剂的最佳配方为3%A+0.8%Y+0.2%Z,在最佳配方下,H2 S抑制剂体现了优良的环保性能.
In this paper,a new type of sulfur asphalt modifier was prepared. And methylene blue spectrophoto-metric method was used to determine the amount of H2 S which were released in the reaction of modified sulfur parti-cles and asphalt. We evaluated the inhibitory effects of major inhibitors and synergistic inhibitors of H2 S and deter-mined their species and dosage. Finally the formulation of the H2 S inhibitor was optimized.
