过充条件下锂离子电池组的热效应分析
Thermal Analysis of Lithium-ion Battery Pack under Overcharge

Abstract
Based on the finite element analysis method,the thermal model of 10Ah cubic lithium-ion battery was built by ANSYS software,and the feasibility of the model was verified. On this basis,the thermal model of 4 × 4 lithium ion battery pack was built and the thermal effect of the battery pack was analyzed. The results showed that the maximum surface center temperature difference of the single cell between model and experience was 2. 4℃,and the feasibility of the model was verified. The upper surface temperature of the lithium ion cell was significantly higher than that of the other surface. In the negative pole,the highest temperature of the battery pack appeared in the geometric center of the battery. The greater the overcharge current rate,the greater the rate of the temperature rise and the greater the thermal imbalance. At the same current,the battery pack temperature rise rate and tempera-ture difference were greater than single cell,and thermal imbalance was more obvious.关键词
