摘要
Abstract
The Nd-doped Ba( Zr0. 1 Ti0. 9 ) O3 ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method. Samples were analyzed by using XRD,SEM and so on. The effect of Nd-doped concentration on the microstructure and dielectric proper-ties of Nd-doped Ba( Zr0. 1 Ti0. 9 ) O3 ceramics were investigated. As the Nd-doped concentration increased,grain si-zes increased,while the maximum dielectric constant first increased and then decreased. As the Nd-doped con-centration was 0. 07mol%,and that with a permittivity of 16032,low dielectric loss below 0. 46 % at room tem-perature.关键词
