大功率外转子永磁同步电动机的设计
A design of high-power external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces a 315 kW,48 slots,40 poles,90 r/min PMSM as a response to the characteristics of coal mine belt conveyor. The design is achieved by analyzing the design requirements of external rotor the external rotor PMSM in terms of motor stator and rotor structure, permanent magnet ma-terial, and magnetic pole structure;developing the 2D finite-element model of the high-power external rotor PMSM;performing two dimensional simulation analysis of the electromagnetic field of the designed motor;and thereby obtaining accurate data related to the no-load back-electromotive force, magnetism flux density, magnetic field distribution, cogging torque, and output torque of the designed motor. The results prove the external rotor PMSM boast a better performance and a higher efficiency.关键词
