基于生源合成途径代谢产物质证黄花菜中含秋水仙碱
Based on metabolites of biosynthetic pathway to research on whether day lily(Hemerocallis citrineBaroni)contains colchicine
摘要
Abstract
Based on parsed colchicine biosynthetic pathway inColchicum autumnaleL.(C.autumnale), the intermediate metabolites of colchicine biosynthetic pathway (IMCBP) were analyzed by HPLC-Q/TOF MS inHemerocallis citrina Baroni (H. citrina ) andC.autumnale samples. The result showed that IMCBP was found inC.autumnalebut not detected inH. citrinesamples. Demecolcine (Cp5),deacetylcolchicine(Cp6) and colchicine(Cp7)were confirmed by authentic standard substances. The results support that there are no colchicine biosynthetic pathway and colchicine inH. citrina.关键词
