黑光灯和白僵菌无纺布对青杨脊虎天牛的防治效果
Control effect of black light lamp and non-woven fabric bands withBeauveria bassianaon Xylotrechus rusticus L.

Abstract
To explore efficient and environmental safely controlling techniques toXylotrechus rusticus L., black light lamp in different wavelengths(320-560 nm) was employed to trap adults ofX. rusticus L. outdoors. The results showed thatX. rusticus L. adults exerted phototaxis in low wavelengths range (from 320 nm to 368 nm), and showed the highersensitivity at 368 nm yellow than that at 360 nm green. We found that 20:00 pm to 22:00 pm is the best trapping time from 18:00 pm to 24:00. The trapping efficiencies in a sunny day are better than those in a sunny then cloudy day and in a cloudy day. This suggested that black light trapping could be used as an assist technology for monitoringor control ofX. rusticus L. population. The pathogenicity of non-woven fabric fungal bands with 7 different strains of Beauveriasp. toX. rusticus L. was tested. Spores contents of the 7 different strains on the non-woven fabric band were declined continuously in 30 days.Beauveria bassiana Bb01 andBeauveria brongniartii BbCF327 showed the best effect for control ofX.rusticus L. larvae.关键词
