摘要

Abstract

Using COMET L3D to get point cloud data of sheet metal parts ,sheet metal pieces of physical model of the three-di-mensional information into the computer can deal directly with high precision three -dimensional digital model ,then using the point cloud data to reverse remodeling ,sheet metal parts and in the process of reverse remodeling of surface reconstruction and accuracy control are analyzed in detail.Finally obtained the high precision sheet metal pieces of reconstruction model.Reverse engineering in the application of sheet metal parts design process to make up for the limitation of the traditional top -down design and the in-sufficiency ,under the premise of guarantee accuracy rapid reconstruction of the implementation model ,so as to shorten the devel-opment cycles of sheet metal parts design ,reduce the design cost.
