基于时空约束的船体曲面分段车间调度方法研究
Research on curved block scheduling method in shipbuilding based on spatio-temporal constraint
摘要
Abstract
The scheduling problem of ship curved block has complex process and characteristic of spatio -temporal coupling,the lack of standard process and efficient method in formulating scheduling plan is bottleneck problem in shipbuilding.Proposed a scheduling method based on spatio-temporal constraint ,it first build mathematical model contains spatio-temporal constraint ,then use rules and decomposed strategy to design a reasonable and simple heuristic algorithm ,finally,some curved blocks were simula-ted as example to validate the scheduling method.The result shows that the scheduling method which proposed performs well and can bring dramatic increase in block production efficiency and utility rate of work space.关键词
