摘要

Abstract

Because the single size product is only made by current paper-plastic composite bag tube making machine,this paper researches on and designs a transmission system of this machine.According to the process analysis of currently making paper-plastic composite bag tube,its mechanical transmission principle model and related adjustment programs is established and designed.Based on the calculation and analysis,all transmission ratio,the dimensions of elliptical gears and the detailed design scheme of the drive system are determined.Its motion is simulated,using solidworks software.It is proved that the speed of the feed rolier,plate cylinder and punch cylinder in the transmission system are synchronous,thus ensuring its good coordination and stability.It is of a certain guiding significance and use value for the study of packaging equipment.
