Chain Conveying System Analysis And Simulation of 30t/h Aluminum Ingot Continuous Casting Machine
摘要
Abstract
Chain drive is mainly used to drive conveying device.The accuracy and stability of the chain transmission become more and more important along with higher degree of industrial automation and the development of precision machining technology.The conveying chain of aluminum ingot continuous casting machine is used to convey molds and aluminum ingots.Due to unstability of the chain transmission system,obvious water ripple appears at the surface of the aluminum ingot,which affects its price and the quality.This paper calculates and analyses the meshing impact force of the conveying chain of the continuous casting machine system.It gives a reference to the optimization design of the conveying chain system.The multi-body dynamics software ADAMS is used to establish the multi-body dynamic model of the conveyor chain system,which is used to and simulatl the influence of meshing impact on the conveying chain.关键词
