摘要

Abstract

In view of the earth pressure balance shield (EPB) cutter structure,this paper takes its quality,strength and stiffness as object of optimization,establishes the cutter parametric design optimization model,based on Workbench platform,and uses a multi -objective optimization method to solve the problem and obtain three kinds of optimization schemes.The finite element analysis result of new plan shows increasing the wall thickness of corbels appropriately and choosing the angle between cutter and corbel reasonably can improve the cutter structure performance.
