摘要

Abstract

This paper designs an automatic flat skin production line monitoring system with PLC and programmable terminal.The line consists of three flat skin leather pressing motors and one stacked leather motor and the number of dusting motors.Photoelectric sensors are used to detect the real-time flat skin tightness,and continuously control speed of motors with the transformer.In addition,the programmable terminal can easily be used to set the parameters of the control system and display the production process real-time data,thus,greatly improving production efficiency of flat skin.The system is also equipped with the fault alarm indicators for pressed and stacked leather motors to ensure the safety of the production process.
