摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the deformation instability problem for the thinly layered soft and weak floor of the roadway, this paper studies the buckling instability mechanism and control technology for the thinly layered soft floor using a combination of theoretical analysis, mechanical calculations, numerical simu-lations, field tests and measurement in underground. It is found that a certain integrity and greater inten-sity of the combination of rock beam can be formed under the support of the thinly layered floor rock. The damage from buckling changes into composite rock beam damage. Such mechanical properties are the essential reasons to achieve the goal of stability control for thin plate surrounding rocks; Increasing floor bolting strength can enhance the thinly layered rock strength and flexural rigidity by taking it as a combined beam; The cable-stayed anchor could increase the strength and flexural rigidity while resist-ing some lateral pressure and further reduce floor heave. In this paper, a case study on the stability con-trol of surrounding rock of a typical weak and thinly layered bottom tunnel is introduced in detail. The research results have significances value for the support engineering under similar conditions.
