鹅绒藤叶斑病两种致病菌的鉴定
Two Kinds of Pathogen Identification of Cynanchum Chinense R. Br. Leaf Spot Disease

Abstract
Of wild drugs,the Cynanchum chinense R. Br. has great development potential on the research. The extracts of its juice can resist tumor. But the Cynanchum chinenseR. Br. easily has leaf spot disease in grows. Two fungi which separated from the leaves infected leaf spot was named P1 and P2. The single spot separation rate of them are 68. 18% and 6. 82% . Both of them have infection is proved by the infection exper-iments. The P1 is proved to be Rhizoctonia solani and the P2 is Nigrospora sphaerica by the molecular biology techniques and the morphological observations. P1:Mycelia can grow from 15 ℃ to 30 ℃,but the 24 ℃ was the optimum growth temperature,and the 63 ℃ is its lethal temperature. The optimum pH is 7 and the opti-mum humidity is 50% . The mycelial will grow well if the environment is dark. The optimum carbon source was sucrose,the nitrogen source is urea,the NaH 2 PO4 is the most suitable inorganic salt,and the vitamin B1 is the optimum growth factor. Mycelia rapid growth period is about 2 ~ 3 d. After five days,the sclerotinia sclerotiorum can be found,but the spore can't be found. P2:Mycelia can grow from 5 ℃ to 30 ℃;the opti-mum growth temperature was 24 ℃,68 ℃ is the lethal temperature,and the optimum pH is 8,the optimum humidity is 90% . The mycelial grow well when the environment is dark,the D- fructose was the optimum car-bon source;the nitrogen source is yeast,and the K 2 HPO4 was the most suitable inorganic salt,and the opti-mum growth factor is naphthyl acetic acid. Mycelia rapid growth period is about 2 ~ 3 d,the spore can be found after four days. The spore of the P2 can sporulated in 15 ~ 35 ℃,the optimal sporulation temperature is 24 ℃,and the spore germination optimum temperature is 25 ℃,pH 8 is the optimum pH,the optimum hu-midity is 90% . The spores will be make in Light environment but dark environment is suitable for spore germi-nation.关键词
