摘要

Abstract

The warpage of the plastic parts will lead to the difficult assembly,which will seriously affect the quality of the products.Based on Moldflow,the warpage of plastic parts is analyzed,and several design schemes are proposed from the aspects of gating system,coo ling system and product structure.The results show that if the condition of the gating system and cooling system are stable,the deformation of plastic parts can be obviously reduced by excavating the slot around the side of the part and setting up a thick rib along the direction of the gate.Finally,warping deformation of 0.61 mm meet product warping deformation<1 mm.
