摘要

Abstract

The integral impeller is the key component of thc cngine,and the impeller machining plays an important role in the performance of the engine.To develop the processing technology for the five axis NC machining of the integral impeller,simulation of the whole process was conducted and the interference phenomenon,including collision interference in the forming process and the local overcut and undercut in the processed parts was carefully examined.In addition,correctness of the NC program and post processor was verified.In this research,the NC machining process is studied on the UG 8.0&VERICUT platform and is further applied to the five axis machining simulation of the integral impeller.Productivity and working efficiency of the integral impeller is greatly increased with the research output.
