基于SolidWorks Simulation的桥式起重机主梁有限元分析

Abstract
In order to predict the fatigue life of bridge cranes, the finite element analysis of the external main girder of 480 t bridge crane is carried out by SolidWorks Simulation. The stress cloud image of the main beam is obtained and compared with the field test results. The results show that the maximum stress appears in the transitional cross section of the main web of the external main girder, which is susceptible to fatigue damage.关键词
