季铵盐型共轭聚合物的制备及生物应用
Preparation and Biological Application of Conjugated Polymers with Quaternary Ammonium Salts
摘要
Abstract
A series of conjugated polymers with different lengths of side chains were designed and synthesized.These conjugated polymers were composed of benzothiadiazole,benzene fluorene groups in the backbones,and alkyl quaternary ammonium salts with different alkyl length in the side chain,respectively.The introduction of quaternary ammonium salts not only may improve the solubility of conjugated polymers in water,but also can bind and further kill tumor cells.The killing effects of these conjugated polymers to tumor cells were investigated by MTT method.The results showed that the kill efficiency gradually increased with the length of alkyl side chain.The research work provides an elementary theoretical basis for the preparation of biocomposite nanoparticles and the application in tissue and in vivo experiments.关键词
