大白菜花发育不同时期的转录组研究
Research on transcriptome of Brassica rapa subsp. Pekinensis flower buds at different development stages

Abstract
[Objective] Studying on the changes of gene expression of flower development at different stages in Chinese cabbage in order to provide the basis for improving the molecular mechanism of flower regulation .[Methods] In order to compare the differences in gene expression during flower development ,the transcriptome of shoot apex in flower bud differentiation stage 1 and 5 were sequenced by Illumina HiSeq4000 .[Results] 2859 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were found ,and they were enriched significantly in 5 KEGG pathways such as Phenylpropanoid biosynthesis , Phenylalanine metabolism ,Flavonoid biosynthesis ,Fatty acid elongation and Circadian rhythm-plant .14 new genes which maybe have influences on the flower development were selected by studying the function of genes that FC >10 . [Conclusion] During the flower development of Chinese cabbage ,the metabolic activity of Phenylpropanoid biosynthe-sis and Phenylalanine metabolism were declined ,while Flavonoid biosynthesis ,Fatty acid elongation and Circadian rhythm-plant were increased .The 14 selected genes may play an important role in the flower development of Chinese cabbage ,which for further study .关键词
