文冠果叶片离体再生体系的优化研究
Study on optimization of Xanthoceras sorbifolia leaf regeneration system
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To ascertain the reaction of different treatments .[Methods]The effects of hormone ratio on the culture of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were studied by induction and culturemethod .The conditions of indirect adventitious bud induction ,adventitious bud proliferation and rooting culture were studied .[Results]The results showed that the 2 ,4-D and BA combination were not suitable for callus indirect adventitious bud induction .MS culture medium with 2.0 mg·L -1 KT and 0.2 mg·L -1 NAA ,were the highest callus induction rate and callus differentiation of adventitious buds .The best way of regeneration was that leaves through callus induction of adventitious buds .The best auxin ratio was NAA ,IAA concentration of 1.0 mg·L -1 ,IBA the combination with NAA and IAA .The auxin fast dipmethod was not suitable for the test tube rooting culture .[Conclusion]Different combination and proportions of auxin have dif-ferent effect on regenetion .关键词
