摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In this study ,the splice variant of the gene of zinc finger protein 280D (ZNF280D) in Mashen pigs was investigated .[Methods]Based on the prediction of the ZNF280D gene splicing position in the pig transcrip-tome sequence ,these splice sites were verified by RT-PCR amplification ,cloning and sequencing technique .[Results] Two alternative splicing isoforms of the ZNF280D gene called ZNF280D1 and ZNF280D2 were discoveried in Mashen pigs .Compared with ZNF280D1 ,the exon 8 in ZNF280D2 was missed .Three C2 H2 zinc finger domain structures were found in ZNF280D1 that was a tC2 H2 type zinc finger protein .Four C2 H2 zinc finger domain structures were found in ZNF280D2 that was a maC2 H2 type zinc finger protein .[Conclusion]The greater affinity for DNA was detec-ted in ZN F280D2 .
