开放资源建设标准规范体系研究
Research on Standard System of Open Resource Construction

Abstract
In the open information environment, the type and quantity of open resources are increasing, the construction of open resources has gradual y become an important part of the daily work of information resources construction. However, there is no clear standard for the construction of open resources. Based on the investigation of open resources construction practical work at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the normative operation in the work, puts forward the preliminary framework of the standard system according to the operating process of open resource construction, and gives suggestions on the possible problems in the process of the standard formulation and application, to provide reference for building a more comprehensive system standard framework.关键词
