水曲柳FmSOC1基因烟草中遗传转化
Genetic Transformation of SOC1 Gene from Ash to Tobacco
摘要
Abstract
To study the function of gene SOC1 on regulating flowering time of plant,a SOC1 gene cloned from Fraxinus mandshurica was transformed into tobacco by an Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method.The results from PCR and Southern hybridization showed that 5 lines of transgenic tobacco were obtained.RT-PCR detection showed that the SOC1 was expressed in the 3 tobacco lines.Compared to the control,transgenic tobacco lines had some different features,including faster growth,narrower leaves,and earlier flowering time.关键词
