C波段微波无线电能传输发射端设计
Design for transmitting terminal of microwave wireless power transmission system in C band
摘要
Abstract
With the development of high frequency technology,the higher frequency is used in microwave energy transmis-sion systems. In order to get the high output voltage of rectifying antenna,reduce the volume of the system and lower the cost of the device,a transmitting terminal of microwave wireless power transmission system working in C band was designed. The DC voltage is converted into microwave signal of C band through the phase-locked loop synthesis chip. The signal is amplified to 6 W through the power amplifier composed of driver stage power amplifying chip and high-power amplifying chip,and the horn anten-na is added to form the transmitting terminal of microwave wireless power transmission system working in C band. The design pa-rameters and method are analyzed in detail,and verified with ADS software simulation. The system has extremely high working frequency,and can omit the frequency doubling segment in many high frequency systems;the method has simplified the struc-ture of the system and reduce the device cost.关键词
