摘要
Abstract
A risk management and control method of informatization project based on decision-making tree is proposed creatively. The requirements of risk management and control of power grid enterprise informatization project are analyzed in de-tail in the aspects of business,technology,development capacity,standard specification,coordination and communication. The base of the typical project management and control is introduced to confirm the implementation process and risk point of the typical informatization project. The hierarchical weighting method is creatively introduced to classify and weight the informatization project risk,and the decision-making tree theory is introduced into the risk management and control of information project to identify, estimate and evaluate the risk points effectively,improve the risk management and control abilities of administrator for informati-zation project,and reduce the possible adverse impact on the project.关键词
