一类高双折射率高可靠性液晶的合成和性能应用研究
Synthesis and properties of high birefringence and high reliability liquid crystal molecules
摘要
Abstract
Next main development trend about LCD panels with light weight and high reliability per-formance at lower cell gap is strongly requested from market.Therefore the development trend of liq-uid crystal single material does have the physical property of higher clearing point(CP),birefringence (Δn )and dielectric anisotropy (Δε).Recent years,quaterphenyl single material could be improved about the LC mixture performance at high operation temperature and high birefringence and higher re-liability.A series of tetrafluoride substituted quaterphenyl singles were synthesized and evaluated forLCD application in this paper.The single structure was confirmed by GC-MS,1 H-NMR,DSC and other analytical methods.To compare with the general liquid crystal single material,quaterphenyl has higher birefringence above 0.3,higher Δε above 20 and clearing point(CP)>200 ℃ at least.The rela-tionship between structure and the physical property is discussed in this paper.关键词
