Abstract
In order to measure the transient coordinates that high-speed projectile goes through the screen accurately,a real-time image processing card based on FPGA and DSP is designed.We designed an automatic measurement system of high-speed projectile location coordinates by using processing card and embedded software algorithm.We can set camera work at planar array mode or linear array mode,we also let measuring front-end do automatic mutual alignment,do automatic composition of laser screen target.We improve the degree of automation of the system and design a SATA hard disk array control method based on FPGA,so that the high speed real-time image can be recorded and re-played.We use FPGA to implement the PCIE interface to ensure the real-time data exchanging and communication between host computer and the card.The experimental results show that this system can automatically complete the preparatory work before measurement,high-speed projectile capture probability is close to 100%,the measurement accuracy is better than 1 mm within the point of origin to the center of the range of 200 mm in diam.This system can meet the requirement in measurement of high-speed projectile location coordinates.It has characteristics such as high capture rate,high pre-cision,real-time and so on.It has very high practical value.关键词
