Abstract
The property of different non- iron resin was characterized by DP, tear strength, tensile strength, formaldehyde content, wrinkle recovery angle. Final y, FEL resin was selected to test, and the pro-cess parameters were optimized by single factor experiment. When the amount of resin 100 g/L, the amount of catalyst 20 g/L, fiber protection agent 20 g/L, curing at 160 ℃ for 2 min, the durable press ratings of treat-ed fabric was 3.2 grade, breaking strength retention rate of cotton fabric could reach 80%. Response surface analysis test results of wrinkle recovery angle were consistent with the single factor tests. The maximum final fold recovery angle was 238°.关键词
